Go through the Tol Barad portal and talk to Captain Prug

Description

Good, you made it. The situation on Tol Barad is moving quickly, and they need people arriving as soon as they are able. We have a portal ready for transport, and it will take you straight to the island. No need to prepare anything, just step through when you are ready.

Once you arrive, report to the officer in charge. They will give you your bearings and tell you where you can be of the most use.
