If you wish to bind a voidwalker, you must go where such things are tolerated. Travel to Stormwind, and seek out Gakin the Darkbinder. You will find him in the Slaughtered Lamb, beneath the Mage Quarter.
He will guide you down the next steps of this path, but mind your footing. The void is never far from those who listen.
