Description

My eyes failed me long ago, but I do not miss them. Even in a tribe such as ours - where one's vestments convey station and purpose - the most potent of garb exudes power that simple eyes cannot see. The prized tunic of the Zandalar madcap is no exception, exuding the raw power of chaos and madness that they are able to channel.
